MEET THE TEAM

SECRETARY

Tye Riter is the Executive Pastor of Reveal Fellowship in Lake Worth, FL and has been in ministry for over 25 years. He was an Associate Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University and has served on the board of several non-profit organizations. He is married to his wife, Lori, who has a Masters degree in counseling from Trinity and they have four adopted kids. Tye has a passion for God’s Word and His people and desires to help everyone grow deeper in their relationship with God.

BOARD MEMBER

Glen Urquhart was a Presidential Appointee for Reagan, Bush and Clinton, and during that time he traveled extensively. He has been blessed to build and run several businesses. Recently he has tried and flunked retirement — twice.

Glen was mentored by his friend Dr. Larry Crabb and frequently blames and misquotes him — but always with the best of intentions. Glen has 24 years of recovery from pornography and works with men on recovery through the “expulsive power of a new affection” for Christ, by discovering the gender-based capacity to reveal God and be truly satisfied. He and his wife have been active in Celebrate Recovery and Life Skills. His wife Angela and he enjoy supporting ministries as God calls them through their small family foundation. They have 5 children, 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

BOARD CHAIRPERSON

Stefani Kauffman has a degree in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College and has worked in marketing management and consulting the past 18 years. Assisting with events for her church in PA, Stefani has planned and helped with many fundraising and other special events over the years in job, consulting and voluntary roles. She is involved with her FL church in multiple ministry areas and served as a Youth Group leader for over ten years. She has a passion for helping people and appreciates being part of the Board for Living Water. In addition to the fundraising efforts, Stefani is taking a more active role with the Social Media for Living Water going forward.

BOARD MEMBER

A true home-grown South Florida native Mark was born in Hialeah and grew up in First Baptist Church of West Hollywood (now Hollywood Community Church) where he graduated from Hollywood Christian School. After high school Mark attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. Over the years Mark has been active in ministry work, playing drums for Oasis Church (originally First Church of Pembroke Pines), Christ Fellowship Downtown Campus and currently Beth T’Filah. Mark works as an IT Project Manager at Ultimate Software.

BOARD MEMBER (ON SABBATICAL)

Melanie Parker is a beloved child of God. She believes in “seeking justice, loving mercy and walking humbly with The Lord.” A freelance consultant for many years, her skill set includes organizational structuring, strategic planning, grant writing, budgeting, research, and development. She is blessed with two children and they reside in South Florida.
