Forgiving God hear my cry!
"A Prayer of David. Incline Your ear, O LORD, and answer me; For I am afflicted and needy. Preserve my soul, for I am a godly man; O You my God, save Your servant who trusts in You. Be gracious to me, O Lord, For to You I cry all day long. Make glad the soul of Your servant, For to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You. Give ear, O LORD, to my prayer; And give heed to the voice of my supplications! In the day of my trouble I shall call upon You, For You will answer me." Psalms 86:1-7Lord, please make me aware and give me the faith to believe that YOU care about my, prayers that YOU hear due to YOU knowing and hearing everything all the time. But help me believe that I am of interest to YOU and that out of the billions of voice and countless number of words, YOU desire to focus on my words and my thoughts as I cry out to YOU. Put into my heart a confidence and trust that YOU care enough to hear my voice.Save me LORD, for YOU have chosen me to be YOUR servant. Forgive me for my failures to do what I ought to do and when I do what I ought not to do. By YOUR blood on the cross wash me free of my guilt and defeat the plans of the evil lord to kill, steal, and destroy my life.Help me end well and preserve, protect, and provide what I need to strive to do YOUR will on earth. Help me trust YOU on the darkest days when there is no light.I am before YOU all day long and know that my only hope is in your mercy, compassion, and unconditional choice to help me.Lift the despair of my soul and let me know gladness of heart as I lift up my true self before YOU and seek YOU. In YOU let me find true joy.Open my eyes to see that YOU are perfect in character and at the core of YOUR being LOVE. YOU keep your unconditional promises to me and forgive me my great transgressions of what is morally right. My pleas to YOU have hope of being heard only because of YOUR great care and concern for me that comes from YOUR merciful grace alone.I cry out for YOU to help me have YOUR presence in me flowing that I might live a life of LOVE and LOGIC. Help me think YOUR thoughts after YOU and feel YOUR feeling after YOU. Make me like YOU.In this day of sorrow and trouble, do not turn away from me. I am desperate for YOU.Creator have mercy, Redeemer have mercy, Restorer have mercy. Amen
